Winter Sports Conditioning Program
Our 6 – Weeks Winter Sports Conditioning will focus on:
- Building strong core, stability, agility, and balance
- Building eccentric strength
- Building strength endurance in the legs
- Building general endurance
- Building the lactate tolerance and recovery in the legs allowing you to ski/snowboard longer, harder, recover well and STAY INJURY FREE!

The training Camp is a 6 weeks program and
starts OCTOBER 16th on:
Tuesday, Thursday: 9 a.m. and
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5.30 p.m.
