Our Story

The gym was founded by Brad and Alina Paula with a shared belief: fitness is not just about exercise – it is about creating the strength, confidence, and resilience needed to enjoy life to the fullest.

With backgrounds spanning athletic performance, coaching, exercise science, massage therapy, nutrition, and outdoor sports, Brad and Alina bring together decades of experience to create a different kind of training environment – one built around individualized coaching, quality movement, and long-term results.

Built Around People, Not Membership Numbers

Brad's journey began as a lifelong athlete and coach. With a background in collegiate swimming, endurance sports, ski instruction, and more than 30 years of coaching and training experience, he developed a passion for helping people improve their movement, build functional strength, and stay active through every stage of life.

Alina's background in exercise science, athletic coaching, massage therapy, and nutrition brings a unique perspective to the gym's approach. Growing up in Romania, she spent over a decade coaching badminton athletes, including competitors at the Romanian Junior National Team level.

Together, Brad and Alina created a training facility where people are seen as individuals – not just members. Every person comes with a different history, different goals, and different challenges. Their approach is centered around meeting clients where they are, providing expert guidance, and helping them build the confidence and ability to continue doing the activities they love.

Whether someone is recovering from an injury, training for a sport, improving strength and mobility, or simply wanting to stay active and healthy for life, Brad and Alina believe the foundation is the same: quality coaching, purposeful movement, and a supportive community.

Our Mission

To help people of all ages and abilities become stronger, move better, and live healthier lives through personalized training, education, and a lifelong approach to fitness.

Because fitness is not just about how you look – it is about what you are able to do, how you feel, and the life you are able to enjoy.
